Golf Services Management had the enviable task of re-establishing St Andrews Beach Golf course; a once private and exclusive golf course that had been placed into administration and receivership and was completely closed.

Golf Services Management (GSM) has had a proud 13 year partnership with Whitehorse City Council managing Morack Golf Course.
GSM communicated diligently with all stakeholders including council, maintenance contractors and staff, keeping all relevant parties informed and providing regular assistance outside of their contractual scope of work. In addition to providing thorough reporting on a monthly basis GSM worked in partnership with council to drive golf participation within the local municipality and nurtured relationships with resident golf clubs and regular patrons.
GSM provided outstanding service acting in the best interest of all stakeholders through the time at Morack and venue presentation was maintained at an excellent level. In addition GSM were flexible and highly adaptable throughout the challenging operating conditions presented by COVID
Despite electing to not enter a submission to retain management of the venue beyond 2022, GSM were committed to ensuring a smooth transition to the new operator.
A business associate highly recommended that we engage Golf Services Management as the Facility Manager of Kingston Links Golf Course while we went through the processes of zoning and planning permits for a residential development.
With limited tenure and in the face of rumours of pending closure they rose to the challenge of keeping the venue operating as a premium public facility and importantly maximising the potential of the course to generate income.

Ian Denny through his role first as head golf professional and then director of Golf Services Management, has been associated with the Amstel Golf Club since 1987.
